The Digital Marketing Specialist is part of a dynamic and passionate team of apostles working together in the Marketing & Communications department of the North American Territory, under the leadership of the Director of Marketing & Communications for Regnum Christi and the Legionaries of Christ.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Management
• Manage and grow multiple social media accounts and collaborate with the M&C team on content creation (Regnum Christi English, Legionaries of Christ, RC Spirituality Center) across Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, X, and TikTok.
• Connect with and grow social media target audiences, drive engagement.

Email Management
• Manage email enquiries.
• Produce daily, weekly, and monthly email campaigns and newsletters.

Website & App Posting and Analytics
• Publish and manage daily podcast content.
• Publish and manage content on Regnum Christi and Legionaries of Christ websites, and on the Regnum Christi mobile app.
• SEO optimization.
• Report on analytics.
• Weekly virtual team and one-on-one meetings and an annual in-person meeting.

Light Digital Content Editing
• Occasional light graphic design.
• Occasional light photo and video editing.
• Basic copywriting.

The Regnum Christi Marketing & Communications team is cross-trained on multiple platforms so we can support each other and thrive in a team environment. In light of this, all of our team members take on:
• Cross-training on various Regnum Christi Marketing tasks and platforms.
• An annual in-person planning meeting.
• Other responsibilities as needed.

Compensation and Benefits: The pay range for this position is based on several factors, including but not limited to, experience, skills, and alignment with the role's responsibilities.

Requirements

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have:
• Passion for the Catholic faith and the mission of Regnum Christi.
• A college degree or equivalent experience in Digital Marketing.
• 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing and social media management.
• Strong written, verbal, and digital communication skills in English (knowledge of Spanish is an a plus).
• Strong project-management and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
• A successful history of managing high quality campaigns.
• Comfort with technology and using/learning various digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Proficiency in working with Elementor/WordPress websites (coding not necessary), and platforms such as: Mailchimp, Spotify for Podcasters, Canva, Audacity, Later, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Analytics, and Monday.com.
• Experience with social media management, including professional tools, scheduling, and analytics, and a strong understanding of platform-specific content strategies.
• Excellent organizational skills, responsibility, attention to detail, time management and ability to work both independently and with a team.
• Collaborative mindset with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
