Digital Marketing Specialist - Klaviyo and Shopify

Work Schedule: Part-time (20 hours/week), Eastern Standard Time We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing & E-Commerce Assistant to support our client’s online business operations. This role will involve creating and executing email marketing campaigns, managing social media channels, producing engaging content, and assisting with e-commerce website management on Shopify. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, basic coding knowledge, and experience with digital marketing tools. Key Responsibilities: Design and create email ads in Klaviyo to engage customers and drive sales. Plan, schedule, and send out targeted email campaigns. Manage social media accounts by posting content, engaging with followers, and growing brand presence. Create compelling graphics and marketing assets for email, social media, and the website. Develop and curate content that aligns with the brand’s voice and goals. Perform basic website coding and updates to manage the backend of the Shopify store. Track performance of campaigns and social media efforts, providing reports and recommendations for improvement. Requirements Proven experience with Klaviyo email marketing . Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation. Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva). Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for website editing. Experience managing Shopify websites. Excellent written communication and attention to detail. Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
