We are seeking a motivated Digital Marketing Project Coordinator to join our team remotely for a 6-month contract. In this role, you will drive project management within the Social Center of Excellence, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and deliver marketing campaigns that enhance engagement and brand recognition for our clients. You will ensure... projects stay on track, deadlines are met, and communication flows seamlessly between all stakeholders.

You will report to the Senior Manager of Project Management, assisting in the implementation of new workflows and processes that enable the team to work efficiently and flexibly, while consistently delivering high-quality creative work.

Responsibilities
• Oversee and manage the entire lifecycle of marketing projects from kickoff to completion
• Act as the liaison between Creative, Influencer, and Marketing teams, as well as external partners
• Develop and maintain project timelines, manage budgets, and ensure all channel deliverables are met
• Lead review meetings with creative teams, track feedback, and facilitate updates
• Maintain consistent communication with external partners to align on timelines and deliverables
• Work closely with internal creative teams to communicate feedback and ensure updates are made
• Anticipate and support the creative team’s needs, keeping projects on track
• Manage several complex projects simultaneously, supporting various brand initiatives
• Coordinate project briefings and gather all necessary details for clarity and alignment
• Facilitate collaboration between internal teams and external agencies for smooth workflows
• Uphold and enforce established processes for effective project execution

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Project Management, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in project management, trafficking, or creative services
• Prior experience in a creative agency is a must
• Knowledge of video creation and production is a big plus
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with ease
