Develop and execute inbound marketing strategies to drive demand generation
Outsmart algorithms to dominate rankings, maximize ROI, and scale digital presence
Optimize search engine visibility through on-page and off-page SEO
Oversee SEM to maximize RoAS across campaigns
Lead paid social strategies targeting key accounts on LinkedIn, Reddit, and Facebook
Manage and grow email marketing with a focus on deliverability and engagement
Utilize generative AI tools to streamline and enhance content production
Assess digital marketing needs and design a roadmap for growth including support team
Monitor KPIs like MQLs, pipeline growth, and marketing-sourced ARR
Collaborate with SDR and sales teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals
Digital Marketing Manager SEO, SEM & Paid Social Growth Hacker Qualifications
3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience required
Deep expertise in search marketing (SEO & SEM), paid social, and automation required
Team lead, supervisory, or management experience required
Experience with US-based/US-focused tech or professional services company required
Proven hands-on experience building inbound lead generation channels required
Strong English communication skills required
Ability to work US East Coast hours required
