*Key Responsibilities:**
- **Digital Strategy Development... Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
- **Content Creation & Management:** Oversee the creation of high-quality content for various digital platforms, including social media, blogs, and newsletters, ensuring it aligns with brand voice and messaging.
- **Social Media Management:** Design and implement social media marketing campaigns that are engaging and interactive. Monitor and respond to audience interactions on various platforms.
- **SEO & SEM:** Optimize website content and structure for search engines to improve organic traffic. Manage and analyze paid search campaigns to ensure optimal ROI.
- **Analytics & Reporting:** Track and analyze digital marketing performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- **Email Marketing:** Design, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and maintain customer engagement.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development and sales, to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall business goals.
- **Stay Current:** Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to keep Ola Electric competitive in the market.
*Requirements:**
- **Education & Experience:** Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. A minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the automotive or technology sectors.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Hootsuite, Mailchimp), content management systems (e.g., WordPress), and SEO optimization techniques.
- **Personality Traits:** Driven, hardworking, and detail-oriented with a passion for innovation.
- **Soft Skills:** Strong people management skills, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a remote team setting.
