This is a remote position that requires alignment with Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST), allowing for flexible work hours while ensuring collaboration with our diverse team. As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our digital marketing strategy. Your primary responsibilities will include developing comprehensive and strategic marketing plans that align with our business objectives, managing and optimizing multi-channel campaigns across various digital platforms, and rigorously analyzing performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement and success. The ideal candidate for this position will possess a robust background in digital marketing, with proven experience in executing successful campaigns that drive engagement, conversion, and brand awareness. You should be well-versed in the latest digital marketing trends and tools, including but not limited to social media marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, email marketing, content marketing, and analytics. In this role, you will be required to work independently, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take the initiative on projects. At the same time, you will collaborate closely with our cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure that our marketing efforts are aligned with our overall business strategy and goals. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, implement, and manage strategic digital marketing campaigns that drive traffic and engagement across all digital channels. - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign effectiveness and make data-driven adjustments to improve results. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure our marketing strategies remain competitive and innovative. - Create and oversee compelling content that resonates with our target audience, driving brand loyalty and engagement. - Collaborate with graphic designers, content creators, and other stakeholders to ensure a cohesive and effective brand message across all platforms. - Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI. - Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights to the team and stakeholders. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus. - A minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on online campaign management. - Strong analytical skills and experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, social media advertising, email marketing software, etc.). - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely. - Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. - A creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
