What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop, create, and manage original social media content across major platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Plan and schedule posts, reels, and stories to maintain consistent brand messaging
- Design marketing collateral including flyers, email campaigns, and digital ads using Canva or similar tools
- Monitor and engage with online audiences to foster community growth
- Track marketing performance metrics, compile reports, and suggest improvements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency with social media platforms, particularly Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Experience with content creation tools like Canva and email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills for various marketing materials
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in real estate marketing
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills, particularly for short-form videos
- Familiarity with CRM and database management
- Fluency in Russian (preferred but not required)
