Digital Content Creator - Part Time

Purpose: We are seeking a creative, mission-driven Digital Content Creator to join our team. This role is responsible for producing engaging digital and print content, managing our social media platforms, and ensuring consistent communication of Living Hope’s brand. More than just promoting a church, this position exists to help invite our community into the living hope of Jesus Christ through compelling storytelling and effective digital outreach. Key Responsibilities: Content Creation • Design sermon series graphics and bumper videos in collaboration with the Worship and Arts Director and Video Production Manager • Support Campus Ministry Coordinators with content for print and digital publications • Produce promotional materials for church-wide initiatives (banners, brochures, etc.) • Oversee and coordinate the volunteer Photography Team Social Media Management • Create and execute content plans for all social platforms across campuses • Provide ministries with a unified content calendar and schedule of highlights • Produce weekly sermon previews and reels • Monitor engagement and trends to inform strategy • Maintain a strong understanding of social media marketing best practices Brand Consistency & Communication • Ensure all content aligns with Living Hope’s brand, language and vision • Communicate clearly and effectively • Value storytelling as a way to clearly communicate the Gospel Website Management • Collaborate with System Administrator on website Project & Workflow Management • Use Planning Center to manage events, calendar, ministry needs and staff support Other Duties as Assigned Qualifications and Expectations: • 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, social media management or related industry • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field is preferred • Proficiency in social media such as Facebook and Instagram • Must be familiar with Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe Express • Adhere to the Employee Handbook and Constitution of the church • Affirm the Vision, Mission, Values and Guiding Principles of Living Hope • Attend staff meetings • Exemplify personal and professional integrity and character Work Environment: This role operates within a professional office environment, requiring the use of standard office equipment. The position may involve prolonged periods of sitting, standing, and walking, as well as lifting up to 25 pounds. Employees are responsible for their own transportation between campuses when necessary. Accountability:This role reports directly to the Central Administration Director. An annual evaluation will take place based on this Position Description and the goals and wins previously submitted. Financial Package: • Hourly Rate: $25 • 25 hours per week • Part-time exempt • This position may involve occasional work on evenings, Saturdays and Sundays.
