You will create compelling short-form videos, particularly for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and others, focusing on Reels and similar formats. Key Responsibilities
Content Creation: Develop, shoot, and edit engaging video content tailored for various social media platforms.
On-Camera Presence: Be comfortable on camera to present ideas, share insights, and engage with our audience authentically.
Editing Skills: Use basic editing tools to create polished and professional-looking videos, incorporating graphics, text, and effects as needed.
Trend Research: Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to create relevant and timely content.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align content with overall brand strategy and campaign goals.
Feedback Incorporation: Actively seek and incorporate feedback to continuously improve video quality and engagement.
Analytics Monitoring: Assist in tracking and analyzing the performance of video content, using insights to optimize future projects.
Qualifications
Current enrollment in a relevant degree program (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Film/Media Studies, or related field).
Strong interest in social media and video content creation.
Basic video editing skills using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
Comfortable and confident on camera; prior on-screen experience is a plus.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and visual storytelling.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment.
