Digital Campaign Manager & Project Manager
My company is seeking an experienced Marketing Campaign Manager or Marketing Project Manager to oversee email and ad campaigns for our 100+ nonprofit clients. You’ll manage the entire campaign lifecycle, including copy and design coordination, deployment, pixel tracking, Google Ad Grants, monitoring, and reporting.
We will prioritize candidates with direct experience managing Google Ad Grant campaigns, especially those who understand how to navigate the grant’s limitations while maximizing visibility and engagement for nonprofit organizations.
You’ll work closely with our in-house Marketing Strategists, who lead client communication and campaign strategy. Your role will be to bring their plans to life by executing campaigns efficiently and ensuring deliverables meet expectations and deadlines. In addition, you’ll collaborate regularly with other Campaign Managers to share best practices, maintain alignment, and support overall campaign performance across our client base.
Strong project management, attention to detail, and clear communication are essential to thrive in this high-volume, fast-paced environment. While marketing expertise is a plus, this role is primarily focused on execution and coordination within an established process and platform. Proficiency in Asana and Planhat (or similar tools) is preferred, as both platforms are key to day-to-day workflows and communication.
This position offers the opportunity to expand to 40+ hours per week based on performance.
