Responsibilities:
Research and stay up to date on the latest digital banking trends and platforms
Analyze data and develop solutions to improve customer experience

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
Prepare presentations for management regarding digital banking initiatives
Monitor customer feedback and develop strategies for addressing customer needs
Assist with other projects and tasks as assigned by management
