Digital Assets Trader Market Making LATAM Remote
## Job description Supporting the deployment of new algorithms, clients and markets Keeping a global updated view of all algorithmic trading operations Trade execution across crypto spot, perpetuals and options; and hedging both crypto and FX related exposure. Trading operations including asset rebalancing across multiple CEXs and DEXs; and facilitating settlement of assets against several trading counterparties. Preventative actions by spread adaptations and configuring conditions, pricing and exposure thresholds on algorithmic trading bots. Monitoring closely client service level agreements are met and evaluating trading performance using internal, exchange and on-chain data. Keeping track of the treasury, and liaising with the finance team on accounting for asset balances across operations. Keeping track of and reporting technical and financial problems and providing support to the dev team for improvement. Acting as a point of call internally on trading and market related insights. Liaising with the Commercial team to provide insights to market making clients on trading performance and service level agreement requirements. ## Background and experience 2-3+ years of cryptocurrency trading experience across CEXes and DEXes either on a professional basis or with clear demonstrable evidence of trading a personal portfolio to a high level Exposure to and an understanding of key tradfi asset classes e.g., options, futures, FX either from a previous role or educational background.
