Digital Artist, Creative Retoucher Job Summary Visual Development sits in CG Studio and is part of the Global Marketing Communications group. We are a team of experienced digital artists, dedicated to craft, creativity, and the exploration of new tools and technologies. We are looking for a highly versatile and skilled Creative Retoucher with expertise in photography and product retouching workflows. In this role, you will work on photography, lifestyle, and product retouching workflows across a range of high-profile projects. You’ll be part of a highly collaborative team focusing on creating world-class, polished imagery used across event Keynote presentations, Retail, .com, and high-visibility global marketing deliverables. Key Qualifications: • Expert-level experience with Adobe Photoshop with demonstrated experience retouching lifestyle photography and hardware imagery, both photographic and 3D • Proven experience in digital photography and RAW image workflows, with fluency in working across a variety of digital file formats • Technical and aesthetic knowledge of hard-surface hardware retouching and 3D asset integration • Proficiency working with assets rendered in Cinema4D, Maya, or similar 3D programs is highly preferred • Advanced skill in color matching, tonal correction, and skin retouching • A portfolio that displays an excellent eye for lighting, color, composition, form and visual design • Ability to implement technical specifications for image sizing, compression, and system-level usage (iOS, macOS, iPadOS) in coordination with the Human Interface and Engineering teams • Outstanding attention to detail and a passion for craftsmanship and artistic excellence • Excellent communication skills when collaborating with art directors, designers and creative leads to achieve a coherent visual style • Highly proactive, adaptable and independent; able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving and ambiguous environment with creativity and innovation • Ability to apply learnings from previous projects to refine and improve current workflows • Deadline-driven with excellent problem solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills Duties • Retouch and finalize a wide variety of image types, including lifestyle photography, rendered hardware stills, event identity logos, large scale Retail assets, executive PR images and product wallpapers • Provide on-set image processing and technical or creative retouching as required, with potential for occasional travel • Work cross functionally with internal partners including Human Interface, Keynote, Design, Hardware and Photo as well as C-Suite executives • Collaborate with Keynote designers to prepare and export hardware assets optimized for high-impact product launch presentations • Bring images to final, pixel-perfect polish that meets high visual standards and global brand consistency • Take creative direction from Designers, Art Directors and Managers while delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines • Manage all deliverables from beginning to end of production, ensuring all feedback is addressed and final assets meet technical and creative specifications Experience • 10+ years of professional experience Education • BA/BS degree or equivalent Hours may fluctuate based on project needs.
