Job Summary


Meta is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Advertising Analyst Intern to join our dynamic marketing team. This internship provides an exceptional opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital advertising, campaign optimization, and data-driven marketing strategies on Meta’s platforms. You will work closely with experienced analysts and marketing professionals to support campaign management, reporting, and performance insights. Key Responsibilities



  • Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and Messenger).

  • Monitor campaign performance, generate detailed reports, and provide actionable insights for optimization.

  • Conduct competitive and market analysis to support advertising strategy development.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, creative, and product teams to align advertising objectives with business goals.

  • Assist in testing ad creatives, audience segments, and bidding strategies to maximize campaign ROI.

  • Support data collection, analysis, and visualization to enhance campaign reporting.

  • Stay updated on emerging trends in digital advertising and analytics.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, social media channels, and advertising analytics.

  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or other data management tools.

  • Basic understanding of digital advertising metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI, etc.).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.




Experience



  • Previous internship or project experience in digital marketing, social media, or advertising analytics is a plus but not mandatory.

  • Experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or Tableau is advantageous.




Working Hours



  • Flexible working hours (typically 20–30 hours per week for interns).

  • Remote work with occasional virtual meetings with the team.

  • Internship duration: 3–6 months, with potential for extension based on performance.

  • Strong numerical and analytical aptitude with the ability to interpret data effectively.
