As a member of the Waste Management (WM) team, you will be involved in preventive maintenance services, inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing vehicles and equipment. This role requires you to work under general supervision while performing essential and meaningful tasks that contribute to the success of our operations.

? Knowledge of vehicle computer electronics and diagnostic tools
? Ability to perform preventive maintenance and inspections
? Experience with electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake, and air systems
? Strong problem-solving skills
? Good communication and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities
? Perform preventive maintenance services and repairs on vehicles and equipment
? Diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake, and air systems
? Utilize vehicle computer electronics systems to interpret failure modes
? Estimate time and material costs for vehicle repairs
? Conduct safety checks and maintain clean work areas
? Complete paperwork utilizing fleet maintenance software
? Assist senior Mechanics with project work

Qualifications
? Two (2) years of relevant work experience
? Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
? Must be at least 18 years of age
? Legally eligible to work in the United States
? Ability to meet physical requirements of the position
? Successfully pass pre-employment drug screen and physical
