Required Qualifications:

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Dallas, TX or Tampa, FL be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

Overall 7+ years in Distributed Ledger Technologies including institutional-grade wallet or custody solutions.

3+ years working directly with Canton Protocol, network infrastructure and applications.

Provide deep technical expertise in secure custody and key management using DFNS APIs, ensuring robust protection of digital assets across decentralized applications.

Architect and implement interoperability solutions between DFNS custody infrastructure and Canton-based blockchain networks, enabling secure and compliant transaction workflows.

Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate DFNS custody APIs into Canton smart contract environments, ensuring seamless user and asset lifecycle management.

Ensure adherence to institutional-grade security standards, including encryption, access control, and auditability, in regulated environments.

Support identity governance and access management across decentralized platforms, aligning with enterprise compliance frameworks.

Optimize transaction workflows for performance, privacy, and scalability within the Canton smart contract model.

Support security assessments and compliance reviews to validate custody integration against industry and regulatory benchmarks.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Canton Coin, CIP56 tokens, and tokenized asset workflows.

Knowledge of Chainalysis, Elliptic, or similar compliance and KYT tools.

Certifications in DFNS, or blockchain security.

Strong understanding of financial services workflows, including Collateral Management and Corporate Action.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
