About this role
As part of the Infrastructure team and reporting directly to Head Of Infrastructure, as DevOps/SRE Engineer you play a key role in designing, deploying, and maintaining our technological infrastructure.
Your expertise will help ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of our systems, supporting the company’s ongoing growth. Your primary mission will be to ensure the smooth operation of our infrastructure while leading continuous improvement initiatives.
You will be responsible for optimizing DevOps processes, implementing best practices in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), and collaborating with development, data engineering, and security teams.

Your Responsibilities
Develop, deploy, and manage robust and scalable systems using cloud technologies and automation tools.
Optimize workloads at low level to find the best performance / cost compromise.
Enhance continuous integration and deployment processes to increase efficiency and the quality of deliverables.
Implement advanced monitoring tools to ensure optimal availability and performance of services.
Identify, diagnose, and quickly resolve production issues to minimize user impact.
Design scripts and tools in workflows to automate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.
Tools we use
Infra : Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, Grafana, Datadog, GCP, SaltStack
On data : Couchbase, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Mongo DB
Who you are
You have at least 4-5 years of experience as a DevOps or SRE, ideally within a startup or scaleup environment
You have experience working with Docker containers and Kubernetes orchestration
You are able to go further than working with all integrated managed services
You are familiar with the Linux ecosystem
You have already worked in a GCP or an AWS environment
You are familiar with event sourcing architecture (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, NATS)
You are able to work and design workflow system with tools such as ArgoWorkflow
You know how to work on software configuration management tool such as: Ansible, SaltStack, Puppet, Chef
You have already used tools such as: grafana, loki, datadog, prometheus
You are comfortable working in English.
Within 6 months, you will
Data Modeling of all our infrastructures assets through CRD and related operators
API gateway setup & deployment to split our APIs monoliths
Observability stack improvement using metrics correlation with logs
Internalize Android CI
Collaborate with the security team to integrate DevSecOps practices and ensure compliance with security standards
Expand the use of tools like SaltStack and Argo Workflow to automate infrastructure management and facilitate deployments.
Automate the monitoring stack through Kubernetes operators
