What we’re searching for:
The perfect candidate for us will be a responsible and experienced house cleaner. Experience working with short-term rental properties is preferred, but not required. Candidates need to be extremely detail oriented and unafraid to go the extra mile to ensure the guests have a great vacation stay. If you’re the type of person who walks by a mostly clean window or a stainless steel fridge and asks yourself “Is that a smudge?!” then this is the job for you. Whoever takes this job will need to be attentive and open to communication and feedback in order to help maintain RenewCrew standards. A full background check is required for this position.
Responsibilities include:
- Thorough cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, etc.
- Dusting of all surfaces including ceiling fans, light fixtures and door frames
- Cleaning glass doors and windows
- Streak free mirrors, stainless steel and stovetops
- Clean cabinet faces
- Thorough general residential cleaning
- Laundry (linens and towels) either on site or in office
- Making of beds and inspecting / setting out towels
- Learning and utilizing the software system Breezeway
- Delivering linens and supplies to properties as needed
- Report any damages to the rooms
- Respond to requests and/or guest complaints with professionalism and patience
- Maintain adequate inventory of supplies and consumables and restock when necessary
- Strictly adhere to health and safety rules and regulations
Schedule:
- Monday to Saturday flexible
- Sundays required
- 10-40 hours per week flexible
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a housekeeper or cleaner preferred
- Able to work with minimal supervision and maintain a high level of performance
- Friendly, customer-oriented personality
- Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail
- Able to work quickly without compromising quality
- Capable of light lifting and standing for long periods
