Detail-Oriented Data Entry Specialist - Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities

Responsibilities
Ā Accurately enter data into our QuickClaim system using a consistent flow of images.
Ā Identify document types based on provided guidelines.
Ā Review and verify that entered data meets quality standards.
Ā Maintain confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) in accordance with HIPAA standards.
Ā Collaborate professionally with other team members as needed.
Ā Suggest improvements or enhancements to job processes.
Ā Ensure all tasks are completed each day before clocking out.
Ā Perform other basic office duties as assigned.
Compensation & Schedule
Ā Pay Rate: $12 per hour.
Ā Both part-time and full-time positions are available, with full-time preferred.
Ā A minimum of 20 hours per week is required.
Ā Available shifts vary between 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday.
Requirements

Typing Requirements
Ā WPM: 50 WPM at 95% accuracy.
Ā KPH: 4,500 KPH at 95% accuracy.
