Job Description Link Technologies (LinkTechConsulting.com), a Las Vegas-based IT consulting firm, is currently seeking a Desktop Support Specialist (EUC) to join our team. QUALIFICATIONS Demonstrated experience in desktop support, ideally within EUC environments. Solid technical expertise in Windows 10/11, Active Directory, remote desktop tools, and EUC management Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Capable of working independently and handling urgent requests effectively. RESPONSIBILITIES Providing technical support for end-user computing environments. Managing and maintaining desktop systems, including OS updates, software installations, and system performance optimization.
