Responsibilities
• Provide Level 2 support for sophisticated technical issues.

• Troubleshoot network and printer problems using remote control tools.

• Build and deploy operating system images and push software updates using Intune and SCCM.

• Lead and support Office 365 applications and coordinate Intune environments.

• Handle device identities across Azure AD, Hybrid Azure AD, and On-Prem scenarios.

• Update and clean up asset management systems and maintain software and hardware inventories.

• Own the deployment of software releases and system upgrades via Intune.

• Perform diagnostic testing and apply remote control tools for troubleshooting.

• Communicate effectively with technical personnel, executives, and managers.

• Support video/audio conferencing requests.

Requirements
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and SCCM.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Intune.

• Mid-level technical support experience.
