Designer Brand and Marketing

Elwood is looking for a talented Designer to elevate our brand and marketing presence through high-quality, impactful visual content. This role will be central in shaping how we present ourselves to clients, prospects, and the broader market, ensuring consistency, creativity, and polish across all channels. We are open to considering this role on a full-time, part-time, or freelance basis, depending on the candidate’s availability and fit. Key duties of the role will include: - Brand Assets: Develop, maintain, and evolve our design kit, including illustrations, iconography, charts, and visual frameworks. - Marketing Collateral: Produce polished templates and materials for case studies, one-pagers, pitch decks, videos, social media (especially LinkedIn), and campaign content - Collaboration: Partner closely with Product and Marketing teams to translate technical concepts into engaging, visually compelling narratives. - Consistency: Ensure brand alignment across all content and campaigns, supporting the company’s identity and voice. - Campaign Support: Deliver high-quality design work to meet fast-paced campaign cycles and evolving business needs. Essential Skills and Experience: - Proven experience (5+ years experience) as a Designer in a B2B environment — ideally SaaS, fintech, or crypto/financial services. - Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, versatility, and attention to detail in both digital and print design.
