You will be working in a rewarding, mission focused environment, leading a high-performing cross-functional team of engineers and IT service support professionals providing cloud hosting services to the customer.Responsibilities:Primary duties include scheduling, de- conflicting, and coordinating routine maintenance activities along with task/project efforts, and emergency changes to minimize production systems and service downtime.Conduct daily operations stand-up meetings with the applicable contractor IT workforce to review operational status and planned work for the day; attends all customer leadership meetings and provide applicable updates to customer leadership as required.Responsible for the full range of matters pertaining to all assured information systems within the customer's hosting infrastructure to include the architecture, engineering, maintenance, monitoring, security, and support.Directly support the prime contract and government leads and provide day-to-day planning and oversight for the customer's hosting infrastructure.Maintains an overall health and status awareness of all assigned resources and projects through effective and flexible resource and task management.Organizes, directs, and manages contract operation support functions involving multiple, complex, and inter-related project tasks.Manages the Incident, Change, Configuration, and Problem Management for the Program.Experience:10+ years of technical experience in support of program/projects, to include Systems Support and Programmatic Support.5+ years Program Management experience, to include Technology Assessments, Programmatic Support and Budget Planning.Demonstrated experience leading and managing geographically dispersed high-performing cross-functional teams with the responsibility for project execution.Demonstrated experience overseeing operations of complex IT solutions in a large scale, distributed enterprise.Technical Skills:Demonstrated understanding of Cloud Service Providers, Databases, Operating Systems, System Architecture, and Security.Preferred:Candidates shall have a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.Skills and Abilities:Experience briefing senior-level officials, presenting written communications for their consideration, and managing the client interface.Experience managing geographically disbursed teams.Candidates shall have written and oral communications abilities commensurate with this management role.Strong problem solving and customer engagement skills.Education:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.Security Clearance Level:Must possess a Secret clearance.Location:100% remote.The likely salary range for this position is $136,000 - $184,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
