Responsibilities:
ā¢ Manage department calendars, appointments, and meetings
ā¢ Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for department members
ā¢ Prepare and distribute departmental communications and reports
ā¢ Assist in organizing department events and activities
ā¢ Handle departmental inquiries and requests in a timely manner
Qualifications:
ā¢ High school diploma or equivalent
ā¢ Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
ā¢ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
ā¢ Excellent communication and organizational skills
ā¢ Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

27 - 32 USD per hour(Remote (Honolulu, Hawaii, US))
