Dental/Health Adjudicator

They are seeking a Dental/Health Adjudicator responsible for processing dental and health claims, ensuring accuracy and timeliness while providing excellent client service. Responsibilities Process dental/health claims and predeterminations accurately in a timely manner within established service standards Identify and resolve claim situations in a timely manner, through consultations with a Senior, Manager, or other departments within the Group division Work with the Investigative Claims Unit to identify suspicious claims and alert the department Contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes Additional basic tasks within dental/health, as required Skills A flexible schedule with the ability to work additional hours when required Outstanding client service skills Handle high stress situations in a fast-paced production environment Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Demonstrate high attention to detail Capable of interpreting and applying claim guidelines while working through ambiguous situations Must be comfortable working in an environment with quickly changing priorities Able to work independently with little supervision Strong organization, multi-tasking, prioritization, and problem-solving skills Benefits A healthy work-life balance with employee wellness top of mind Employee resource groups that support an inclusive work environment An onsite, full-service cafeteria with a variety of daily options Regular EQ Together events focused on company togetherness and collaboration Company Overview At Equitable our belief in the power of working together guides how we work with each other.
