Overview Lead, Mentor, and Transform Multi-State Dental Practices Dental Care Alliance is seeking an exceptional Dental Director to drive clinical excellence and operational success across our practices in Georgia. What You'll Do • Provide strategic leadership and mentorship to doctor teams across five states • Drive practice performance through coaching, development, and accountability • Lead onboarding, training, and career development initiatives • Partner with operational leaders to strengthen clinical and financial outcomes • Review KPIs and implement performance improvement strategies • Ensure compliance standards while fostering a culture of growth and excellence What We're Looking For • Licensed dentist with proven practice management experience (P&L ownership, DSO leadership strongly preferred) • Strong business acumen with ability to analyze metrics and drive results • Natural mentor who builds positive, productive relationships • Excellent organizational skills to balance clinical and leadership responsibilities • Experience collaborating effectively with operations and cross-functional teams What We Offer • BaseSalary: $150k + • Performance Bonus: 20-30% • Schedule: 2 days/week dedicated to DD duties | 1 week/month travel • Impact: Lead meaningful change across multiple practices while maintaining clinical touchpoints Ready to elevate your career and shape the future of dental care?Join us in building excellence across the Dental Care Alliance network.
