Job Highlights: Contract: Independent Contractor Schedule: Flexible remote work 9am to 6pm MF (1am10am Manila Time) with 1 hour unpaid break Client Timezone: Pacific Time (PT) Key Responsibilities: • Dental Claims Management: Prepare, submit, and track dental claims to insurance companies and thirdparty payers. • * Claims Resolution: Follow up on unpaid or denied claims and resolve any issues or discrepancies. • * Insurance Verification: Verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility for dental services. • * Billing Management: Oversee the operations of the dental billing department, including charge entry, claims submissions, payment posting, accounts receivable followup, and reimbursement management. • * Billing Specialist: Act as a lead in communicating with patients to explain charges, handle billing inquiries, and clarify any discrepancies. • Requirements • Billing experience in dental required; coding certification preferred. • * Minimum of 35 years of experience in dental billing and coding. • * Bilingual skills are a plus. • * Attention to detail, proficiency in data entry, knowledge of EOBs, and strong documentation skills are essential. • * Excellent organizational and time management skills. • * Effective communication and interpersonal skills. • * Strong problemsolving abilities and capability to handle billing disputes. • Benefits Independent Contractor Perks: • Permanent work from home • * Immediate hiring • * Steady freelance job • Please note that since this is a permanent workfromhome position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection.
