TECHNICAL SKILLS
• ETL Experience / MEC Pre-processor building
• Experience working with customer IT teams for setting up data transfers API Calls / SFTP transfers
• Any experience in working with Audio / Speech / Speech to text (in or outside of Medallia)
• Implementations Experiencing (not just servicing) if they have Medallia Experience
• Some Customer Facing Experience

Must to have Good experience with client communication & coordination

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
• BE (Comp/IT), MCA, MSc IT, B Tech (Comp. /IT)
• Bachelor's degree from four-year College or university;
• 2-4 years of relevant professional experience

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers. Ability to effectively present information to customers, top management, Team Leaders, and/or boards of directors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,133.00 - ₹95,019.00 per month
