Demand Generation Specialist (Clubessential)

We’re looking for a Golf & Club Demand Generation Specialist to support the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives across our Golf & Club brand/s. This role is dedicated to driving integrated marketing efforts that strengthen brand positioning, support demand generation, and contribute to revenue growth.This role is ideal for someone who is both a strategic thinker and hands-on executor; someone who enjoys simplifying complex ideas, creating compelling content, and enabling high-performing teams through effective marketing programs. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and can independently manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality work.Job Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy & ExecutionExecute and support marketing initiatives for assigned Golf & Club brand(s)Assist the Marketing Director in developing and managing marketing plans and strategiesSupport integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives and revenue goalsStay informed on industry trends, product updates, and new offerings to inform strategyContent Development & CommunicationsCreate and coordinate content including customer communications, social media, sales collateral, and campaign assetsEnsure all content aligns with brand voice and buyer-focused marketing strategiesDraft and refine copy across multiple channels including web, email, and sales materialsMarketing Operations & AutomationExecute marketing automation initiatives including building campaigns, landing pages, and target listsMaintain and manage customer and prospect data, including CRM database managementMeasure and report on campaign performance and key marketing metricsProject Management & CollaborationManage projects and timelines across all marketing activitiesCollaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing teamsProvide support for events and tradeshows as neededPerform additional marketing duties as assignedQualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field2+ years of experience in a marketing role (B2B technology experience preferred)Strong strategic thinking with ability to execute across multiple channelsExcellent written and verbal communication skills (copywriting, editing, proofreading; writing samples required)Proven organizational and project management skillsExperience with marketing automation platforms (Pardot preferred)Self-starter with ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesStrong interpersonal and collaboration skillsHigh level of creativity and willingness to learnProficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce and project tools a plusTravel - Minimal travel required (approximately 3–4 times per year) for meetings, events, or tradeshowsClubessential Holdings is an equal opportunity employer dedicated to building a diverse and inclusive workplace.
