Demand Generation Manager, Small Market

We are looking for a data-driven, execution-focused Demand Generation Manager to lead integrated campaign execution for our Small Market segment. In this role, you will translate strategy into high-performing, multi-channel campaigns that drive new logo acquisition, revenue growth, and customer expansion.You will own day-to-day campaign management, performance optimization, and cross-functional coordination to ensure consistent pipeline generation and measurable revenue impact. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in execution, moves quickly with discipline, and is energized by improving performance through data and experimentation.What you’ll doOwn the end-to-end execution of integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive new logo acquisition and customer expansion within the Small Market segmentBuild, launch, and optimize email, SMS, landing pages, nurture programs, and e-commerce experiences using marketing automation and AI-enabled toolsPartner with Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and RevOps to ensure strong lead flow, accurate attribution, and alignment with go-to-market prioritiesCoordinate paid media, SEO, and digital initiatives with external vendors to generate consistent, qualified pipelineTrack and optimize performance across channels, using data to improve conversion rates, pipeline contribution, expansion revenue, and ROIUse AI and automation to streamline campaign workflows, reduce manual effort, and create scalable efficiencies across marketing operationsManage campaign timelines, asset coordination, and cross-functional executionTrack, analyze, and optimize campaign performance across channels with a focus on pipeline contribution and revenue impactMonitor KPIs including MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, cost per opportunity, pipeline influence, expansion revenue, and ROIServe as the primary marketing point-of-contact for Small Market Sales and Customer SuccessWho you are4–6 years of experience in campaign management, demand generation, or digital marketingExperience executing multi-channel marketing campaignsExperience managing marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)Experience leveraging AI and automation tools to improve marketing performance, workflow efficiency, content quality, or decision-makingExperience with e-commerce platformsStrong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and drive optimizationExcellent project management and organizational skillsExperience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, and RevOps teamsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience managing paid media or vendor relationships directlyExperience contributing to revenue forecasting and pipeline modelingExperience supporting SMB market segments is a plusLocation: This role is primarily remote (U.S. based), with the expectation of occasional visits to our offices for team collaboration, training, or company events.This role may be based remotely out of the following states: Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Maryland, Massachusetts, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and Wisconsin.About usAt Foley, we’re reimagining how safety-sensitive industries hire, stay compliant, and manage risk.
