Demand and Supply Manager - REMOTE
About the position Responsibilities • Design, implement, interpret, and review inventory management plans to forecast supply plans for study drugs in global clinical trials. • Provide input into User Requirement Specifications of Interactive Response Technology (IRT) medication management module and complete User Acceptance Testing if required. • Review IRT strategy to ensure it supports strategic supply plans and optimize supply and demand. • Ensure plans are robust and optimize global and regional supply strategies for continuity of subject supply. • Develop and provide clients with reports on actual project spend versus budget. • Establish connections between demand planning team and S&OP to integrate the latest forecast information into the divisional S&OP process. • Partner with the Enterprise Project Manager and project management teams to share key client data for effective supply chain planning. • Ensure temperature excursion processes are performed as required. • Establish and maintain financial forecasts and monthly billing processes for assigned client projects. • Assist in training and onboarding of new employees. • Stay updated on relevant cGMPs, GCPs, and regulatory requirements to align study management activities. • Conduct activities in a safe and efficient manner. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business/operations management preferred. • High school diploma or equivalent required. • 2-3 years of supply chain and/or planning experience leading global supply chain design and logistics management, preferably related to clinical program design and execution. • Understanding of clinical supply requirements, phases of clinical development, and factors influencing study designs preferred. • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills. • Enhanced PC knowledge and skills using Microsoft Office products. Nice-to-haves • APICS certification or equivalent preferred.
