Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).
At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a remote setting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free work environment.
Preferred Skills:
Previous experience with Deltas customer service platform or similar systems.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.
