Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree preferred.
Previous customer service experience, preferably in a live chat environment.
Excellent written communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to think quickly on your feet.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
Familiarity with travel and airline industry terminology is a plus.
