1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or chat environment.
Excellent written communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in using chat software and CRM tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
