In this role, you will use your excellent communication skills to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that each customer interaction is handled efficiently and effectively. You will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, troubleshooting problems, and providing accurate information, all while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and efficient manner.

Assist customers with booking, changing, and canceling flights.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.

Requirements
Must be a resident of the United States.
High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education preferred.
Previous customer service experience, preferably in the airline industry.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in using computers and live chat software.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Educational Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Associate or Bachelors degree in a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Experience
Prior experience in customer service is required, with a preference for those who have worked in the airline industry.
Experience with live chat support is a plus.
