Job Description

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.

Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a remote setting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in computer systems and customer service software.
