Requirements:

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
Must be available to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities:

Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Educate customers on Deltas policies, procedures, and services.
Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with other teams to enhance the customer experience.
