Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and exceptional customer experiences.
Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Experience:
Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory (comprehensive training provided).
