As a Junior Flight Attendant with Delta Airlines, you will be an ambassador of our brand and hold the responsibility of providing the highest level of safety and service to all our passengers. This role requires dedication, flexibility, and the ability to manage any challenges that traveling might entail.
• *Responsibilities:**

– Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers aboard flights.

– Conduct pre-flight safety checks and demonstrate safety procedures.

– Offer food and beverages to passengers; help with their needs throughout the flight.

– Provide information and support to passengers, including updates on flight progress.

– Handle emergencies and unforeseen situations with composure and efficiency.

– Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance according to company standards.
• *Requirements:**

– Must be at least 18 years old.

– High school diploma or equivalent.

– Ability to read, speak, write, and understand English fluently. Additional languages are a plus.

– Must be able to reach overhead bins and stand for extended periods.

– Willingness to relocate as needed and travel extensively.

– Ability to pass a rigorous training program.

– Prior customer service experience is highly desirable.

– Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.

– Further certifications in hospitality or tourism are advantageous but not necessary.
