High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read, speak, write, and understand English fluently. Additional languages are a plus.
Must be able to reach overhead bins and stand for extended periods.
Willingness to relocate as needed and travel extensively.
Ability to pass a rigorous training program.
Prior customer service experience is highly desirable.

Further certifications in hospitality or tourism are advantageous but not necessary.
