### Description:
As a Delta Flight Attendant, you will be an integral part of our airline’s operation, tasked with maintaining the highest standards of safety and service. The role demands a commitment to safety procedures, a flair for customer service, and the ability to handle various in-flight duties efficiently.
### Responsibilities:
– Conduct pre-flight safety checks and ensure the aircraft is clean and prepared for flight.
– Greet passengers, assist with seating arrangements, and help with luggage stowage.
– Inform passengers of the aircraft’s safety procedures and ensure all hand luggage is securely stored away.
– Serve meals and refreshments and sell duty-free goods to passengers.
– Attend to passengers’ needs and queries promptly.
– Administer first aid to passengers where necessary.
– Ensure compliance with all safety regulations during the flight.
– Participate in briefing sessions and complete all necessary post-flight reports and paperwork.
### Requirements:
– High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
– Must be 21 years of age or older.
– Ability to communicate effectively in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
– Capable of operating safety equipment and emergency exits.
– Able to stand and move around the cabin for extended periods.
– Must pass a background check and drug screening.
– Flexible to work on weekends, holidays, and extended hours.
### Educational Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
– Further certifications in hospitality, customer service, or a related field will be advantageous.
### Experience:
– Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory as comprehensive training will be provided.
