**Job Description:**
As a Delta Airlines Flight Attendant, you will be an integral part of our airline family, dedicated to providing outstanding service and ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers. **Responsibilities:**
– Ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of our passengers.
– Conduct pre-flight cabin checks and monitor cabin during the flight.
– Provide meals and refreshments to passengers.
– Assist passengers and provide instructional guidance during emergencies.
– Attend pre-flight briefings and study all relevant details about the flight, passengers, and procedures.
– Manage conflicts or difficult situations with passengers in a professional manner.
– Offer exceptional customer service that enhances passengers’ flight experience.
**Requirements:**
– Must be at least 21 years of age.
– High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; college degree preferred.
– Ability to work legally in the United States.
– Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
– Willingness to relocate as required.
– Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
– Must be able to speak, read, and write English fluently.
**Educational Qualifications:**
– High school diploma or equivalent required.
– Further certifications in hospitality or customer service are a plus.
**Experience:**
– Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred but not required.
– Experience working in a multicultural and diverse environment is advantageous.
