As a Customer Service Advocate at Delta Airlines, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will assist customers with flight bookings, schedule changes, inquiries, and troubleshooting, ensuring they have a seamless and pleasant experience while traveling with Delta.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist customers with flight reservations, cancellations, and changes.
• Handle customer inquiries regarding baggage, travel policies, and general flight information.
• Resolve passenger concerns and provide troubleshooting support for booking issues.

• Ensure a positive experience by addressing customer concerns and providing timely solutions.

Skills & Qualifications
• Previous customer service experience in a call center or similar environment preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with computer systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and customer service platforms.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and stay organized.
