Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers during flights.
• Conduct safety briefings and demonstrate the use of safety equipment.
• Provide exceptional customer service, including serving meals and beverages.
• Assist passengers with special needs and handle medical emergencies if necessary.
• Maintain cabin cleanliness and ensure all safety regulations are followed.
• Collaborate with other crew members and ground staff to ensure a smooth flight operation.
• Adhere to Delta Airlines’ policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in hospitality or aviation is a plus.
• Minimum age requirement: 21 years old.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to swim at least 50 meters unaided.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid passport with unrestricted travel rights.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.
• Height and reach requirements: Able to reach overhead compartments.
