What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide information and updates on projects to operational business partners across multiple segments
- Collaborate with Workforce and operational teams to manage demand and supply
- Lead and develop projects across various business segments and vendor partners
- Analyze data to identify insights and opportunities for operational efficiency
- Communicate findings and recommendations to all levels of leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience in Workforce Management
- 2+ years of experience with Workforce Management software (e.g., IEX, Aspect)
- 1+ years of experience leading or managing projects
- 1+ years of experience using analytical and communication tools (Excel, PPT, etc.)
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience in systems administration or reporting
- Understanding of call center telecom hardware (e.g., Genesys, CXOne, Avaya)
- Proven track record of identifying and improving processes (Six Sigma, Lean, etc.)
