Delivery Operations Specialist

Gopuff is seeking to hire a Delivery Operations Specialist to manage their W2 driver program and enhance the driver experience. This role involves coordinating with various teams to ensure efficient onboarding and staffing levels, while also identifying opportunities for process improvement within the program.ResponsibilitiesMonitor the flow of W2 driver applicants, and troubleshoot their experience where possible, all the way through onboarding to first deliveryManage the rosters of our W2 driver locations, including ensuring sufficient capacity, removing inactive drivers, and ensuring that progressive discipline policies are followed and administered correctlyWork collaboratively with HR/HRIS/IT to ensure technical integrations necessary to support the W2 driver program are working effectively, or to troubleshoot when necessaryWork collaboratively with W2 Site leaders to assist them in the management of their roster of W2 driversServe as the main POC to driver support for support inquiries related to W2 drivers specificallyIdentify opportunities for process improvement within the W2 driver program, and propose strategies to drive additional efficiency, driver benefit, or business valueAssist delivery ops leadership in additional required management of the W2 programSkillsBusiness specialist certification, or administrative experience, or a related fieldStrong computer skills and capabilities to learn about new softwareStrong operations skills, with the ability to execute tasks with a high degree of accuracy and efficiencyStrong interpersonal and communication skillsEnthusiasm and a great work ethicAbility to work cooperatively with peers and other associatesBenefitsMedical/Dental/Vision Insurance401(k) Retirement Savings PlanHSA or FSA eligibilityLong and Short-Term Disability InsuranceMental Health BenefitsFitness Reimbursement Program25% employee discount & FAM MembershipFlexible PTOGroup Life InsuranceEAP through AllOne Health (formerly Carebridge)Company OverviewGopuff is a digital delivery service designed to deliver daily essentials within minutes.
