Delivery Operations Manager - Third Party

Description: • We are seeking a dedicated and skilled 3rd Party Operations Manager to join our team. • The Delivery Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the company's 3rd party delivery operations. • This includes documenting customer SLA’s and delivery requirements, developing account specific KPI’s, influencing and partnering with the Staples delivery team to implement SOP’s and drive process compliance. • Ensuring efficient and timely delivery of goods, ongoing KPI’s management, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, or related field or equivalent work experience • Minimum of 6 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry • Strong leadership and people management skills • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on efficiency and productivity • Adaptability and a willingness to tackle challenges head-on • Strong organizational management skills with proven ability to influence in cross functional environment • Proficiency in using logistics software, business intelligent software and knowledge of supply chain management principles • Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and delivering results in a fast-paced environment • Experience in customer facing account management in addition to logistics operations management • Knowledge of transportation systems and processes • Ability to manage external customers and deliver on contracted SLA’s Benefits: • Inclusive culture with associate-led Business Resource Groups • Flexible PTO (22 days) and Holiday Schedule (7 observed paid holidays) • Online and Retail Discounts, Company Match 401(k), Physical and Mental Health Wellness programs, and more!
