Responsibilities of Delivery Merchandise Associate:
Ā Visionaries in customer experience management pave the way for improved interactions with both internal and external customers through established practices
Ā Sustains and reflects a supportive store climate by valuing honesty, trustworthiness, and politeness
Ā Handles customer purchases and returns according to established operational procedures and ensures accurate transaction processing
Ā Highlights the value of credit and loyalty programs in customer interactions
Ā Ensures the maintenance of the merchandising philosophy and follows the prescribed procedures and standards
Ā Ensures precise handling and organization of merchandise in preparation for showcasing on the sales floor, adhering to company policies and criteria
Ā Engages in and contributes to store restoration as required during the day
Ā Upholds all standards related to organization, cleanliness, and restoration on the sales floor while also playing a role in keeping the entire store neat and tidy
Ā Provides and embraces regular acknowledgment and supportive feedback
Ā Follows all labor statutes, principles, and operational protocols
Ā Backs and actively takes part in store objectives to minimize shrinkage
