We are seeking a highly driven and technically adept Delivery Lead to own and drive execution of a mission-critical cloud migration workstream. This role demands urgency, precision, and the ability to lead across multiple technical and program teams under tight deadlines.
Own the end-to-end delivery of a high-impact cloud migration workstream with aggressive timelines.
Define and implement execution frameworks, delivery milestones, and success metrics.
Lead coordination across engineering, infrastructure, and program management teams.
Provide concise, executive-level updates on progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
Maintain and manage Gantt charts and delivery timelines to ensure on-track execution.
Serve as the single point of accountability for workstream execution and issue resolution.
Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, and milestone tracking using JIRA.
Apply prioritization frameworks to manage competing demands and resource constraints.
Adapt quickly to shifting priorities, scope changes, and evolving business needs.
Facilitate daily standups, weekly syncs, and executive reviews with clarity and urgency.
Proactively identify delivery risks and implement corrective actions.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience leading cloud migration programs (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
✅ Strong technical background in cloud infrastructure and enterprise platforms.
