Delivery Driver for S, M packages ($21.25-$24.00, Incentives, Health Insurance, Tuition,401(k))
963 Delivery LLC is an * Amazon Delivery Service Partner* looking for enthusiastic, team players to deliver Amazon packages. We need reliable, independent, flexible, hard workers who pay attention to details, can quickly problem solve a wide range of situations, and win in a fast-paced environment!

Commercial, DOT, CDL (or work-related) driving experience is a plus, but not mandatory

We offer Full and Part-time opportunities. Shifts are available 7 days per week.
The Company provides Delivery Vans and Gas, Handheld technology and Uniforms. No CDL Required!
Duties and Responsibilities
· Be CUSTOMER OBSESSED!! We strive to deliver packages on time and smile to our customers despite stressful events / conditions. Navigate a variety of routes throughout delivery area.
· Safely drive and perform safety inspections on Company vehicle. Follow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations, and Company policies.
· Keep pace in physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions and on various routes; lift packages (up to 50 lbs.); get in and out of a van and walk up and down stairs repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations. Load and unload 100+ packages in delivery van.
· Communicate effectively with support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed
· Use smart phone device for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicate with supervisors and other team members
· Support the team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes
· Perform the following tasks, without reasonable accommodation
Delivery Driver Compensation & Benefits
· $21.25-$24.00 Hour, paid biweekly,10-hour shifts are typical
· weekly and monthly bonuses based on the performance
· Flexible schedule 4 days a week. Schedule for FT Team Members is a rotation where team members should not work more than 4 consecutive days, allowing for more personal time; every other weekend should be off
· A minimum of 2 paid 15-minute breaks during your shift and 1 unpaid 30-minute meal break.
· Paid Training. Uniforms and safety shoes provided at no cost to the Employee. On-the-job training and opportunities for career advancement
· Paid Overtime
· Paid Time Off begins accruing immediately at start of employment [A1]
· Health, Dental and Vision Insurance. The following voluntary benefits are available: Accident, Term life insurance, Critical illness, and Hospital confinement indemnity insurance

Delivery Driver Basic Requirements:
· Authorized to work in the United States
· Must be at least 22+ years old
· Must pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening
· Must hold a non-provisional, unrestricted drivers license
· Must have a clean motor vehicle report (multiple violations can disqualify you from the position)
· Must have good English speaking, reading, writing communication skills.
· Must work on weekend
· Must be able to finish scheduled shift
· Must follow Amazon and Company policies
