We are committed to shaping the future of decentralized finance and blockchain technology, and we’re looking for passionate individuals to help us build the next generation of the Web.Your RoleThe Arbitrum Foundation marketing team is seeking a DeFi Marketing Lead who can merge marketing strategies with innovative Web3 growth techniques to drive the success of DeFi projects launching on Arbitrum. Your role is central to ensuring the growth and success of the projects you work with to deliver an incremental number of active wallets and successful and retained liquidity. You will provide consultations to our partners and you will also be responsible for running growth campaigns for our partners.nYour ResponsibilitiesDrive growth strategies for partners launching DeFi projects on Arbitrum, leveraging Web2 and Web3 marketing & engagement techniques (e.g. social campaigns, creator activations, digital marketing, NFT & tokens, content crossovers, etc).Lead and conceptualise Web3 incentives growth campaigns, aligning with the partners' goals.Understand partners' needs and craft solutions, serving as a consultant to fuel their growth and successful increase in liquidityWork closely with our community, partnership and product marketing teams to drive end-to-end campaigns with message cohesion.Work with Offchain Labs to inform the product roadmap, contributing to the successful expansion of the DeFi ecosystem.Maintain open communication with external stakeholders, contributing to their GTM plans, industry research, and problem-solving.Create best practices and growth programs to drive results in scale.What You'll NeedDeFi and/or Web3 professional experience is highly preferred.5+ years in growth and account management, with Web2 and Web3-related growth experiences.In-depth knowledge of the DeFi and Web3 ecosystem.Good grasp of DeFi user funnel challenges and cross-platform user journey.Effective relationship builder with strong communication skills for our partners.Strongly entrepreneurial and autonomous, requiring minimum guidance, yet proactive in asking questions to get things done.Be able to work across time zones with global partners.Strong spoken and written English communication skills.nArbitrum Foundation PerksThe Arbitrum Foundation's benefits program is designed to prioritize the health and well-being of you and your family.
